ORDER DUPLICATE AWARDS AND CERTIFICATES
FOR YOUR CLIENTS AND YOURSELF
DEADLINE: July 30, 2011. We will not accept any orders after that date.
Certificates will be reprinted exactly like the original. No changes can be made.
Be sure to include the entry title and category.
The name of our company was spelled wrong on the awards and on Adhub…
this only concerns me on Adhub since if people are interested and want
to find our company the misspelling may be a problem. It was spelled right last
year….could this be fixed?
Right now it says jodiandiane
the correct spelling is jodyandiane
it should be a y not an i
If this could be fixed I would be very grateful. Also the j is a small j
(that’s right on adhub not on the award) – Like I said I am ordering extras – and if it
can’t be fixed on the awards no worries – but if Adhub could that would be great.

Hi Diane, we’ll put the request in. It shouldn’t be a problem.
In past years, we were able to send a duplicate award to a separate address.
How do we notate this on the online order form so that the duplicate award can be sent directly to our client? There are no shipping instructions. Thank you.
